They always get my coffee wrong. It's very simple, all I ask is 2 sugars when they make it. When I tell them they didn't putvany sugar they tell me " there is packages you can do it yourself" . I grew up in Europe where a barista actually goes to school for it and serves your coffee exactly how you want it. Here they call themselves baristas but don't have a clue about coffee chemistry.
David is awesome! We watched him fly around while the other employees talked and slowly did tasks. You can tell he is the heart of the store.
