First, she added more milk to my drink like I'm a baby, turning it into a weapon then, she purposefully didn't add enough chocolate to my mocha on purpose!! 🪯🧿🧿🪯
I drive by this location on my way into work every day and sometimes the drive thru spills out into the street which is extremely dangerous and frustrating. It’s a giant road hazard. Go inside or don’t get coffee if there’s no room in the drive thru.
I know Starbucks recently sent out a directive to their stores to raise their service levels. I would guess there was a lot of retraining, and company rules, and I visited quite a few different Starbucks in the past few months because I move around a lot. I'm visiting a friend in this neck of the woods, and I walked to the Starbucks this morning to get my regular which is a venti Pike place with heavy cream.
