Morning beristas “forgot” to call out my name once the order was done i was standing inside (the only one) for 15 minutes. Then noticed people who entered after me or pickup being served extremely quickly. I go to the counter after the 3rd person and my order is just sitting there literally have made eye contact with me the whole 15 minutes but failed to mention it was ready the whole time asked me what my name was again when i grabbed the coffee and gave a shrug of an apology.
