Today I suddenly received an email from Starbucks saying my auto reload could not be processed. I was very surprised because I should still have had money on the card. When I opened the app, I found that only $0.40 was left. After checking the transaction history, I discovered three unauthorized purchases, including one made just half an hour ago, all at this store location. Alright, this location always do me dirty. The first time I ordered an iced shaken espresso, they gave me a brown sugar iced shaken espresso. I didn’t want to complain and just drank it. I didn’t like the the taste of the drink at all but sucked it up. The second time I ordered an iced shaken espresso, they did the same mistake. They made me a brown sugar iced shaken espresso AGAIN! Beautiful store but normally very busy and it's been hard to find seating inside the times I've visited. That said... There is a lot seating, but the store is very popular. Excellent service, consistent recipes across this location and others. My only complaint is that this store charges more than the one on duarte and rosemead. At the duarte/rosemead location, my coffee is 4.65, at this location it is 4.95. not a huge difference so I suppose it's the new location, idk. One of the cool starbies I've been inside to. I can see why people camp this one which is why it's their worst feature because almost no one leaves and there's no parking most of the time. Some people camp the mobile order parking too. You can park on the street, the plaza where USPS is at or the parking lot right across. Free parking. Anyways, I have to stop coming to this location not because of the parking but recently any orders I've done with non-dairy milk alternatives have left me glued to the toilet idk why.
