I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing service and long wait times at this Starbucks location. On August 17, 2026, I entered the drive-thru line at approximately 11:43 AM and did not reach the window until about 12:10 PM—nearly a 30-minute wait. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism. The customer in front of me mentioned that she was now going to be late for work because of the extended wait.
