I normally enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but Tyler was by far the most disrespectful employee I’ve encountered here. He was unwelcoming and made an inappropriate comment to me. Completely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, my drink was poorly made. Management should seriously address this.
Service was great but they do NOT have outlets.
I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink via the mobile app. When I picked it up, I was handed a Venti instead. I politely pointed out the mistake. Instead of remaking the drink, the barista took the Venti back, poured it into a Trenta cup, and filled the rest with ice. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. I went to this location and was unsure of what I wanted to order. The barista was very helpful and suggested the new pistachio cold brew, I said sure. Wow, was that amazing! I definitely will be coming back to this location, they were all so welcoming!
