Finally! An iced chai latte with 2pumps of extra chai done right!!! I knew from the second I pulled up to the speaker to order and a pleasant voice asked me how I was doing and let me answer his question and then he asked me what he could get for me, I knew then that my drink was going to be made with love and made properly. I normally enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but Tyler was by far the most disrespectful employee I’ve encountered here. He was unwelcoming and made an inappropriate comment to me. Completely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, my drink was poorly made. Management should seriously address this.
Service was great but they do NOT have outlets.
I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink via the mobile app. When I picked it up, I was handed a Venti instead. I politely pointed out the mistake. Instead of remaking the drink, the barista took the Venti back, poured it into a Trenta cup, and filled the rest with ice. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. In my past experiences, mistakes are usually handled by remaking the drink properly or allowing the customer to keep the incorrect one. This felt careless and unprofessional.
