Love shopping in HT but each time someone I know or myself goes to the Starbucks inside they are treated with the worst customer service. The lady and gentleman working tonight were mocking customers right in front of their face. On top of that the drink was not made correctly. Definitely drive up the road 5 minutes and just go to Dunkin instead. Will not be going back to this location.

I stood in line way too long and was not acknowledged to place my order. All three employees were catering to one Caucasian lady. The older female employee was chewing gum and seemed to have an attitude. I just walked away. I really needed a tea but I refuse to spend my money where I am not respected or treated equally.

I get the exact same drink everyday from one of 3 different Starbucks locations depending on where I’m working that day. The Starbucks in this Harris Teeter is the closest to my home which is VERY disappointing. The location on 70 is fantastic (every time, very consistent). The Jones Sausage Rd location also great every time I visit and constant as well.) This Harris Teeter Starbucks is terrible. Seems like Everytime I go they're out of what I want. Or the expresso machine is down 🙄😒
