very rude employee demeaning to the customers when you try to order something from the menu she’ll make you say it exactly how she wants before she takes your order. if i could give negative stars i would. apparently they will hire anyone these days.
Alex is very rude to all the customers. She needs to be fired. I ordered a matcha and it didn’t taste the same i get it the same all the time but alex should definitely be fired anytime i go and get starbucks from frys she’s so rude always in a shitty mood. Frys Starbucks needs new employees.
No good service was bad an took forever we sat there for forever while they talked an didn't do anything.
Consistently the slowest experience/employees known to man. Ordering early online should mean the order is fulfilled before others who were in line AFTER I arrived... Yet I constantly see 5-10 people Being served ahead while my order is already in and I'm waiting 30 minutes for a small drink.
