I went in this morning and right off the bat the barista was rude and did not even look up at me to take my order. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble and she cut me off saying she doesn’t know the ingredients to that drink. I proceed to tell her I have had it made in the past with no issue, maybe I was just pronouncing it incorrectly I’m not sure. When you stand in line for 20 minutes and you get to the counter and order your coffee and the barista says we're out of coffee, our machines are not working. You could have announced that to new arriving customers who I'm sure are looking for coffee. Also, coffee can be made using the espresso machine.
This is the worst starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The people working here seem to hate their job, and they tend to take it out on the customers. The drinks always taste off or even just gross. I Don’t recommend this location at all.
