If I could give a zero stars I would. There is a girl employee there name Alex who should not be there if she can’t at least smile. She was so rude when taking my order. Like she made me feel like I was bothering her being there. I still told her to have a good day and I smiled and she just looked away. So sad.

very rude employee demeaning to the customers when you try to order something from the menu she’ll make you say it exactly how she wants before she takes your order. if i could give negative stars i would. apparently they will hire anyone these days.
Alex is very rude to all the customers. She needs to be fired. I ordered a matcha and it didn’t taste the same i get it the same all the time but alex should definitely be fired anytime i go and get starbucks from frys she’s so rude always in a shitty mood. Frys Starbucks needs new employees.
