Always a great experience here!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I walked in politely just to ask for a cup of water, and the staff told me I had to pay for it — which is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. I’ve been to many Starbucks stores before and have never had to pay for a simple cup of water. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing zero respect or customer service. I always get amazing service here.
I asked for water, and they refused to give it without a purchase! We get only water literally in every other Starbucks location! They weren't even busy. This is very rude and disrespectful!
