I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Matcha and they made it with little pumpkin cold foam. I went up to the girl that worked there and advised her that she didn’t put enough cold foam and she didn’t put the cinnamon therefore if she could make it right she refused and said I need to pay extra. Really bad customer service I got to Starbucks almost every day and this is the first time I experienced this. One person manning the place and they did an amazing job!
I arrived a Starbucks this morning before heading to work. Walked in Vons on Manchester and waited at the counter at least 10 minutes before anyone asked me for my order. There was one person as the barista, but she never greeted me, she never said she would be with me or anything - I again waited until another worker came in and then waited another 3 minutes before my order was taken.
