I arrived a Starbucks this morning before heading to work. Walked in Vons on Manchester and waited at the counter at least 10 minutes before anyone asked me for my order. There was one person as the barista, but she never greeted me, she never said she would be with me or anything - I again waited until another worker came in and then waited another 3 minutes before my order was taken. I was at that Starbucks this morning, and the person working there is a terrible employee. She's always in a bad mood. Just because I don't have perfect English, she got annoyed, and when I told her I would show her the order on my phone app, she wouldn't pay attention. She's always grumpy while doing her job and treats customers badly. I've been there before with my daughter, and she gets annoyed when customers arrive. The worst customer service experience ever. The lady who is in the mornings is always with the worst attitude, she ignores me when I arrive and act like she has something else to do.
