There is a barista there by the name of Stephanie. She has consistently delivered outstanding customer service and is always just so NICE! And precise! So much so that when I needed my coffee grinded, she took so much care in trying to find out exactly what I needed and figured out why my coffee maker was getting clogged. She NAILED IT! bad service
I ordered a drink with light ice, they tell me is extra, i sau its fine then, proceed to fill the cup with ice. I asked for my money back the person didnt even apologize.
This morning, the woman behind the counter greeted my attempt to place an order as though I had personally insulted her ancestors. The sheer disdain radiating from her could have curdled milk.
