I can never get a consistent order. I usually order the same item every time. Today I ordered a oatmilk brown sugar sugar expresso with a vanilla cold foam caramel drizzle. Hardly no cold foam and no drizzle. Yes this is trivial, but it's never the same. I know they are busy but it's not cheap and today I wasted my money again. That won't happen again

Around 2:00 pm today, I came into Starbucks eager to use my stars for my free bakery item. Before I placed my order, I knew the service I was going to receive was not going to be good. The workers were just chatting away, the prep station was a mess, and they could not have cared less about the customers they attended to. I understand people can't always be 100%, but when you give smiles and energy to your coworkers but not to customers, that shows me you don't care. A male employee took my order, he was very dismissive and negative, talked to me like I was stupid. He clearly does not like his job at all, I then heard him gossiping to a heavy set female coworker they both appeared to be Hispanic (?). My order was also wrong because they seemed in such a rush to make it even though I was the only one there. Just don’t even bother stopping here if you come to this target, careless these days.

I ordered at 7:23pm and worker let me know they had the bakery sandwich I wanted but couldn’t warm it up for me due to the the over “cooling down” because they close at 8pm. I don’t understand why he would let me know they have the sandwich but couldn’t warm it up even though they were still open. Unacceptable Starbucks do better.
