staff attitude is very bad
I ordered at 7:23pm and worker let me know they had the bakery sandwich I wanted but couldn’t warm it up for me due to the the over “cooling down” because they close at 8pm. I don’t understand why he would let me know they have the sandwich but couldn’t warm it up even though they were still open. Unacceptable Starbucks do better.
Way better than the one across the street
Listen. We all have our bad days, that’s 100%. But the way the people here could care less about the customers actually blew my mind. I ordered a Frappe and said “I hate to be this person but I haven’t had a frappe in years and would like to order one, is that okay?” No acknowledgment, just told me my total.
