Jacob’s customer service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Not only does he make a delicious beverage, but he also makes my day! Very, friendly, polite and full of genuine care for his customers. I usually make my coffee at home, but now I’ll go to Starbucks for another wonderful experience!
They hella stingy with the caramel and they be acting like that comes out their paychecks. It is very irritating and they obviously don’t listen to clear instructions. I clearly asked for extra caramel drizzle and they still continue to disappoint me definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting that nice full caramel drink.
My Frappuccino was off and I really hate returning things but I did and Sawyer was so awsome about remaking it and didn't make me feel bad. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND ❤️
Says they are open until 9pm but they were closed before 8:30pm.
