Unacceptable Physical Altercation and Hostile Service I am writing this to report a disturbing physical incident that occurred today, February 22, 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM at this Starbucks location. My family and I placed an online order for two drinks. One was an iced beverage with a dome lid that required a straw to consume. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the baristas. Many times they have shown contempt for customers and have been racially discriminatory. They behaved as if they had no education. The last time I was offended was at 4:22 PM on December 30th.
