I usually pass this one twice to go to the other one because everyone that works here is very rude... thought I would give it a chance... sorry I did... I will never do it again... RUDE!!!!

I've been a regular Starbucks customer for a long time and usually visit the same location. Since Starbucks has standardized recipes and procedures, I stopped at this location expecting the same quality and level of service. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3, 2026, was disappointing. The two employees working that day were not welcoming and came across as rude and dismissive. They seemed impatient and unfriendly, which made my family and me feel uncomfortable. Unacceptable Physical Altercation and Hostile Service I am writing this to report a disturbing physical incident that occurred today, February 22, 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM at this Starbucks location. My family and I placed an online order for two drinks. One was an iced beverage with a dome lid that required a straw to consume. The barista—a woman, approximately 5'8", brown hair, 30s—placed our drinks on the counter but did not provide straws. She immediately moved on to assist another customer.
