Always on time and made great
Absolutely my FAVORITE Starbucks location ever!!! Unpretentious, super clean, wonderful staff, amazingly consistent drinks, and they're FAST! I go here religiously for my signature hot grande nonfat white mocha with extra whip in a venti cup. Perfection EVERY TIME! Can't say enough great things about this location, the staff, the vibe, all of it!
So I get a drink here every time I go to get a tattoo in Rosa. I park at the mall and walk downtown. Never 1 time have I had a problem getting a water or anything. I guess this time the barista didn't wanna allow me a free ice water and apparently started to make up some policy about no water without a purchase. Well.... I do t want a big cup of sugar I'm going to an apt. I needed to take medication and the girl is just looking at me like a deer in the headlights. She said they don't have a water button???
