I have gone through here a few times and every single time there is an issue with my order. When ordering through the drive thru you feel like a complete inconvenience to whoever is working and they rush so fast that they get my order wrong every single time. When I told them my order was supposed to be iced and even a different size then they were trying to give me, I saw them turn around and dump the HOT drink into a cup and pour possibly 3 pieces of ice in it?
