Very disappointed with my experience. I simply asked for a cup of water, which is normally free, but the staff refused to serve me. It felt unnecessary and unfriendly, especially since providing water is such a basic courtesy. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, even for simple requests. I hope this location improves how it treats customers in the future. Go to the Starbucks in Target
