I’d like to start by saying I know not every Starbucks is the same, but I came and asked a question about if they could possibly do something because the other Starbucks that is in Mansfield did it ( there’s no harm in asking) I expected a simple yes or no , but the guy at the drive thru said “ um no the other Starbucks is literally not even 5 min from here you can go there.” So rudely I didn’t like his tone or attitude , it was just a yes or no I wouldn’t have went with it and not got mad but it was so rude of him to get sm... read more
Great service and consistent quality products keeps me coming back!
Weekend crew is horrible at this location. I come here 7 days a week and on the weekends my order is always wrong and then we ask about it they act as if you are stupid and didn't ask for what you asked for but I order the same thing every day so I think I know how to order my drink. To top it off they don't even offer to fix it.
Estrella is awesome! Great customer service at this one
