I went here and ordered a simple iced brewed coffee then this blonde haired barista decided they were going to force a limit on how many refills I could get. He said only 1, starbuck's refill policy states you can get as many as you want as long as your in the store and don't leave. I never left and ordered the bare minimum and got denied any compensation when I wanted to enjoy free refills that come with purchasing a drink. Been here a few times and usually its amazing and the employees are nice, but this time when we went through the drive thru the speaker got an attitude because we had placed a mobile order right before getting there and he told us they hadn't even started to pull it yet and to give them more time next time. We were the only people in line. In my opinion its easier to just place it on the app instead of saying the order at the speaker and paying at the window??
