Went in at around 1600 on 5/29/26, and some young women were laughing behind the counter without a worry in the world. The shop was empty so thats fine. I come up to order and immediately all their smiles and laughs are gone and are replaced by straight faces and disgusted looks. I am not going to tolerate spending hard earned money to be treated like an animal. The drink came out decently, not impressed by the service or seating arrangements.
I ordered right at 720 (they don't close until 8) and was told they aren't making Frappuccino anymore tonight. It just annoys me that starbucks employees always picks and chooses when they want to make one of their signature drinks. There was still plenty of time before closing, so no reason to refuse to make a drink
Staff more interested in chatting with each other than customer service.
Like other Starbucks in the area they have covered up all of their outlets to discourage people from hanging out.
