I’ve remained quiet long enough, but it’s time this is addressed. As a loyal customer and a Black man of Caribbean descent, I expect to be treated with the same dignity and respect as anyone else walking into a Starbucks. Sadly, this hasn’t been my experience at two Mansfield, TX locations E Broad Street and E Debbie Lane — where the environment is unwelcoming, the staff is dismissive, and clear prejudice continues to go unchecked.
