I was just in the drive-through and I realized my account was locked when going to pay. One of the workers came up and told me to leave with an irritated look on her face. As she was speaking to me I said I had just gotten my account unlocked to pay but she wouldn’t let me.. As I do appreciate the free drink, it was a very odd experience. sometimes things happen and when you react to your customers negatively, it makes them not want to come back. I went by today in the morning and the service was good she gave me the wrong item but she remembered it wasn’t that one and gave me the right one didn’t get charged for it but I did find a hair in the butter croissant. It’s disgusting having to find hair in your food
I refuse to support Starbucks with hostile architecture towards the homeless. No outlets couldn't send the emails I needed to so why pay $7 for a latte
