Have you ever been served a hot coffee drink in a plastic cup? Instead of remaking the drink, the barista just poured the drink into a paper cup!!! It tasted like melted plastic!!! Yuck!
Maybe Starbucks is one of these companies these days that’s forgetting to teach their employees Customer Service. I went through the drive-through just now, and I waited and waited at the ordering speaker thing, and nobody was answering. I said hello occasionally once every 30 seconds to a minute and nobody answered for about three minutes. I can't give less stars or I would but the redheaded barista that was working the night of 12/08/25 around 6:00p, you and your coworkers where beyond rude to a couple of us in the group I came with. I cannot help that you hate your job and don't want to be there but you still should at least fake it til you make it...
