I have been there many times, and they generally do a good job. Sometime recently they installed combination locks on the bathroom doors. When I asked for the combination, the barista asked if I was picking up a drink. I said I'd order after I went to restroom since I had to go. He would not give me the code. I understand the intent, but the execution is a bit off. I've never had a restaurant deny me a restroom code before ordering. Recommend review that policy.
