I have been made into a loyal returning customer here at this Starbucks location. The Morning crew is the absolute best. They get really busy at times, But still manage to exhibit incredible character and Charisma every single day. The coffee here is incredible and I’d never go to a different starbucks. The morning crew is truly an elite group of hard working baristas. If this starbucks closed down, I’d never drink coffee again. Thank you for giving me the pep in my step to take on my work day every single day.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this location. Over the course of multiple visits our orders have been wrong and the staff act very unprofessional with the request to fix their mistakes.
My wife had attempted to pay for her coffee using the app, and when the app and website were both down, the employee whose name I believe is Nancy, refused to provide any further assistance to remedy the situation.
