I ordered 5 drinks and one of them was a bad experience. The Vt Pink Drink was tasteless.
Ordered two cups coffee misto to drink in-house and I went to ask for a refill the older woman that was working told me I had to pay for a new cup of coffee because a coffee misto is not included in the refill category with a really rude demeanor. She gave me a regular blk coffee instead with cold half & half in a small cup on the side. I then asked if she would please warm up the half & half and she rolled her eyes. Tastes like they mix water with their drinks. The older woman was unattentive and not hospitable. The young man was more attentive. Floors were dirty.
I ordered ahead with mobile order and the staff made my drink very quickly; my normal starbucks is a bit slower, so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my drink was ready. However, after I left, I noticed there was a long, black curly hair coming out of my lid and into my drink. I did not have time this morning to have the drink remade, so I left a bit disappointed and grossed out.
