I got iced coffee and food about half an hour ago. When I pulled up to the window, the girl asked if I wanted straws, and I said yes. She gave me a strange look—almost like she took it personally that I said yes. Then she came back with the food, and I asked for a bag. Great Starbucks location! I come here often everyone here is extremely nice, if you come here often they will greet you by your name. Whatever you’ll order it will always taste great!!
My order of egg bites had the tops and a side ripped off of them. It was unappetizing. I went back to the drive thru to return them and asked for my money back. The employee who came to the window explained the egg bites stuck to the parchment paper and that’s why they looked the way they did. I thanked her and said I’d still like my money back. I recently visited Starbucks and was very impressed! The cleanliness is top-notch — everything sparkles, the tables are neatly tidied, and there’s no trash anywhere.
