Was treated very rudely by a girl with bright blonde hair. She was snide, mocking, and aloof and didn’t seem to care about providing the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. I certainly will not be back.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. After finding a hair in my drink, I politely informed the blonde barista at the window. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, she brusquely told me to 'go back to the box' due to the window's timer. I've visited multiple Starbucks locations before, and when issues arise, other staff members have always handled them professionally and efficiently at the window or invited me inside to resolve the problem. I had the worst experience in the drive thru with Kayla, I couldn't even finish my order. I was continuously being cut off, and she was SO rude. I never had this experience before coming here, but this lady was really nasty and rude.
