Don’t ask for anything outside of their normal recipes because it won’t get put in the comments for the drink ticket so your drink will get made however the barista wants to make it. In other words, do not ask for anything to be customized because it won’t be noted nor remembered and you won’t end up with what you want. Also it doesn’t matter how sweet and polite you are; they’re doing you a favor and you’re going to get whatever they make you.
Went to grab a coffee after grocery shopping. Not a soul in line at Starbucks, yet, the employee looked at me and walked away. I still waited a while, but, she never came up to the register, so, I walked away without purchasing a thing. Pretty questionable customer service for overpriced coffee...I won't be back to Starbucks. Ever.
So i actually go out of my way to this starbucks because I'm totally obsessed with the Iced cherry chai. As soon as I say my order, they already know it's me lol. And I get extra EVERYTHING! They make my drinks perfect 99.999% of the time. I've only had 1 time it didn't have what I asked for. So I drove back around, told them and they made 2 new ones! Plus, i have a special needs child, and 1 of the girls gave him a lollipop cake bite! I mean come on how above & beyond service is that!? This is THE best starbucks hands down!... read more
