Please have more than one person making drinks during morning rush hours The shift lead standing talking with other employees do that after 2pm I asked about my drink and then received a nasty tasting drink I will be calling the corporate office for my money back on that one
They may be a dollar cheaper than the 2 other starbucks in the area but they need more help. They are very slow, 2 times now they just forgot drinks and when asked I'm the problem. 17 minutes waiting then 8 more minutes waiting because they forgot.
I placed a mobile order ahead, and the app showed my pickup time would be 7–10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, but my order wasn’t ready at all and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. What made it more frustrating was that customers who walked in and ordered at the counter after I arrived received their drinks faster than my mobile order.
