I came in on a wheelchair, and I somewhat struggled through the door; two girls working immediately started laughing, seemingly making fun of me. I ordered a peach green tea. She didnt greet me, didnt give me a receipt, and pushed my order to the very back of the line. 5 people got their drinks before me. Last time I went there the cashier I interacted with didn’t know how to make the starbucks app work as just a rewards app, and was real pushy and rude about it, like it wasn’t possible for me to pay outside of the app which is simply not true. But whatever, maybe they just don’t have that capability here? This time though I went and ordered a blond roast latte and came away with a cup of blond roast with nothing in it.
