Went to try and order coffee thru the drive thru at 1040pm in last night because it says they don’t close til eleven and there were girls in there that refused to acknowledge I was there so I decided to go in and they locked the doors so I couldn’t go in an order. I’m a daily customer and I always order the same coffee. Today, you gave me something I didn’t order and told me that this is what I had asked for. I know very well what I ordered. When I got to the window, you insisted that this was my order. I politely told you that it wasn’t what I wanted, but you responded with complete rudeness.
