I normally come to this Starbucks and have never had an experience like this. I stood in line for about 5 to 7 minutes waiting to place my order. The barista saw me there but kept talking to other people and never acknowledged me or said he’d be with me in a moment. I ended up leaving and going to the Starbucks across the street. It was disappointing to feel ignored at a location I usually enjoy.

This store offers a very pleasant environment. All the staff members work with joy and appear full of energy.

I love to work while habing a tea. Sometimes the music could be slighty loud or annoying (I'd rather have jazzy or classical to focus) and sometimes the a/c is too strong... but it is a decent place for meetings and work... and of course the refills are a graet motivation when I have a lot to do!!

They are never very busy inside. So might be better going here then the Starbucks on the outer part of the center. Might get out faster. They seem to have all the items of the other Starbucks. Not a coffee drinker. But their ice teas and pastries are pretty good. It is right inside the doors of the Vons. So very easy to get to.
