Drink was fine but Stephanie's service was very unprofessional. She should not give customers attitude let alone roll her eyes when she knows she was wrong. With everything else going on in this world we can at least get decent service in the morning . If she's having a bad day than maybe she shouldn't take it out on customers.

The worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks. They served me a drink with rotten oat milk. Yes, rotten Oatmilk. I took a gulp of it unknowingly and nearly threw up once I realized. They not once apologized when I brought it up and simply replaced my drink. I would’ve expected a refund at the least and the drink comped.
