Will be returning these two “drinks” for a full refund. What a disgrace. Zero espresso in the shaken espresso drink. Yikes.
If I could rate this Starbucks lower I would. Bad customer service, badly made drinks, and food just thrown in the bag/falling apart. I tried yesterday and got 2 drinks. One I had to throw away. Gave it a shot today and just as bad. Baristas need to be retrained. My honey citrus mint tasted like straight lemonade and my daughter's Strawberry acai lemonade was so bitter. Luckily, I asked for more Strawberry for hers but had to fix mine at home.
I don’t normally post negative reviews. However, this is now the second time I’ve ordered ahead, via mobile app, only for the store to “not be open.” Employees inside, doors locked, lights off, and it’s 7:10am. The store opens at 5:30am. This morning put it over the top. I pull to the front after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins to find employees scrambling around inside.
