The machines there never work. Whenever I go to ask for a mocha cookie crumble, they always say the machine is not working. This has been going on since 3 months. And the staff waited on me to take an order for 10min. There was only one other person she was preparing order for, but she was busy doing other stuff I guess. Over all never had a good experience at this store
Will be returning these two “drinks” for a full refund. What a disgrace. Zero espresso in the shaken espresso drink. Yikes.
If I could rate this Starbucks lower I would. Bad customer service, badly made drinks, and food just thrown in the bag/falling apart. I tried yesterday and got 2 drinks. One I had to throw away. Gave it a shot today and just as bad. Baristas need to be retrained. My honey citrus mint tasted like straight lemonade and my daughter's Strawberry acai lemonade was so bitter. Luckily, I asked for more Strawberry for hers but had to fix mine at home.
