This is by far one beautiful store located inside campus. There is always a wait for your drink. I had two hours before my class started and decided to grab a matcha latte. It literally took 32 minutes to get a single drink. This is ridiculous. There were 6 employees working there and no visible management. Over a 30 minute wait for a single drink after placing an order, and it wasn't just me. No urgency from baristas whatsoever, and given its a college campus you'd expect this to be one of few locations to actually have a reason to rush. Got my sandwich in minutes and it was nearly cold by the time I got my drink. The other Starbucks on this campus has long wait times in line, but I've never had such a wait time there from the time of placing an order to when I got my drink. Every time I come in and order in between classes the staff is consistently rude and messes up my order. When I ask for my drink to be remade because it is wrong, the person on bar ALWAYS has an attitude. Every other Starbucks I go to that isn’t on campus treats me kindly so I have no idea what is wrong with this one.
