All beverages in cold case past their best by date (written on 9/18), they clearly do not FIFO their products. Waited 30 minutes for a cup of ice and do not sequence their drinks. Taste is inconsistent because they do not measure ingredients and employees have no sense of urgency! Very disappointed.
I’ve tried different drinks here but anytime it has steamed milk they always leave so much foam. Maybe just a little more training on how to steam and groom milk for lattes it’s sad when you pay for a latte that’s half foam. Decided to give it another try and got a caramel macchiato but instead of shots on top she put shots on bottom(not a big deal) but then put no caramel drizzle. I recommend going to the bookstore Starbucks they make the drinks to standard.
To the black girl working there please learn to pronounce peoples name correctly or get a refund for your education. My name is not apples and what if I called you sheniqua? and provide better service.

I asked for only a back, extra hot coffee and they messed up the order. They normally use a steam wand to heat it up to 180 degrees. The employees here are not trained well. This is just a hang out spot that over charges. $4 for a warm coffee compared to the $3.75 for a coffee plus a shot of expresso at the grumpy mule. I would not recommend this Starbucks for coffee.
