50% of the time I order drip coffee at Starbucks it is lukewarm. They’re always happy for me to wait while they brew a new pot which is always inconvenient. This puzzles me. Temperature for me is as important an attribute for this purchase as any other aspect. I think it should be taken seriously. Handing over a Luke warm cup of coffee to a customer is like handing over something broken and taking money for it.
Isaiah the barista was very clearly and rudely flirting with my wife in front of me. 0/10 extremely rude.
