Asked for blonde drip coffee. They gave me decaf. This doesn't taste anything like blonde. It costs $3.75 and and because I didn't tip extra, they gave me decaf. That is really nasty of you. You go to Starbucks to get energy then they give you the opposite of that because they're stingy and didn't get extra money from your wallet into their tip jar. You baristas should NOT expect tips when a customer is getting the cheapest drink on the menu. Done with starbucks.
Not sure how this staff couldn’t get the right order in the bag. Already 4 miles away when I noticed… kept driving because of the label. From what it looks like, I am not alone. Back to going out of my way to go to the Folsom Boulevard East Sac location.
I went through the drive thru, ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam, caramel and a LITTLE less ice. First of all, I work at starbucks and know what it’s supposed to look like. There was barely any ice and the drink was separating. I asked them to remake it for me, the nice drive thru girl brought it back to the barista and she just let it sit there and all the stuff fell to the bottom of the drink.
