This is the third time I’ve been to this Starbucks and they still can’t get my drink right. At 5:45am, I was the only customer in line and ordered a simple Americano with heavy cream. Somehow, I was given straight black coffee instead. I had to drive back 10 minutes just to have my drink remade, and there wasn’t even an apology. I tried to give this location multiple chances, but I won’t be going back again. I’ll continue going to Peet’s Coffee, where they consistently take good care of me.
