I went through the drive thru getting my husband a grande mint latte, and told them I had my own container for a Venti Nonfat Milk Coffee Frappuccino which is 24 ounces. When I got my glass container back, it was only about 16-20 ounces (if that) & I complained about it costing me so much money and that Howe About Arden always doing a great job filling it. This store seems not very welcome. I order through the app so I don’t have to order when I get to the Intercom and And sometimes I order right before I get in the line just because I live so close and they told me I have to order 10 minutes to 12 ahead for drive-through when nobody was in the drive-through. and I don’t even live that far so I would have to go into the app and order my drink before I even left my house which is kind of crazy when I thought I was doing them a favor by ordering it so I don’t have to tell them m... read more
