Took a little longer than usual to get a mobile order and had to remind the staff about the order.
The young lady that served me was soooo kind and friendly. I dont remember her name but i was there shortly before 10am on August 13th. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion. I haven't gotten that level of customer service at a SB maybe ever.
They’re supposed to be open at 5am and we went through the drive thru and up to the window- we scanned their store hours QR code to verify, the employees just didn’t open. We saw them literally go into the back to hide. Super lame
