I have been a long time customer I have always come to Starbucks with my two dachshunds spent lots of money and the one time I wanted a cup of ice water they said no they’re getting really rude. Totally lost my service. They actually target me like they’re staring at me through the windows right now.
I have ordered a Venti iced Dubai chocolate mocha and they have messed up my order three times given me a Matcha they need to be reading their labels correctly every time they receive an order
Good starbucks in a convenient location. They often mess up my online orders, making things iced when I order hot and vice versa. Im usually in too much of a hurry to have them correct it. But line moves fast, and staff is friendly.
Apparently you are not allowed to use the bathroom before you order your coffee at the Main Street Starbucks and staff is very rude about it. What has our town become when we have to lock customers out of the bathroom. So after I ordered my coffe I was faced with the decision to leave a tip or not 🤔. Easy decision!
