I told them I wanted one espresso shot and the rest half and half with little ice. I got half a drink for 7$ lots of ice. Everyone makes mistakes I understand I was a barista myself, but then 3 employee's got defensive and argued that next time I'd get charged for a latte. No apologies either from either of them.
Made the mistake of placing my wife's complicated order and it didn't turn out the way she wanted (My error). But staff were quick to fix it for her right away to how she liked it. Great service.
