I went in today at seven, and they were already closed. It says on Google that they close at eight. I made a special trip to go, and was a waste of time.
Poor customer service. All the employees were so busy gossiping - it took forever for drinks to come out. They were also so enthralled in their own gossip, that when I said “thanks, have a good day” to both the cashier and barista, they gave no response, just slid the drink out onto the counter and turned around to continue their conversation.
The worst Sbux here in Longmont. Not well run based on my experience. Argues with you. Would not recommend based on my person experience.
Asked if they had something fruity and they whipped me up a nice strawberry drink to order. Very nice!
