I went in and paid cash for my order. Before I got any change for my order she starts making my order, then when I casually mention if I could get my change she snaps at me and nearly screams that I'll get my money when she opens the drawer. Someone else had to give me my change. Weird interaction.
Coffee tasted bad. Messaged them and they told me I should have went back to store and stood in line again to get the same coffee that tasted bad. Not understanding that one. People don’t always have that time. Corporate nonsense
I went in today at seven, and they were already closed. It says on Google that they close at eight. I made a special trip to go, and was a waste of time.
Poor customer service. All the employees were so busy gossiping - it took forever for drinks to come out. They were also so enthralled in their own gossip, that when I said “thanks, have a good day” to both the cashier and barista, they gave no response, just slid the drink out onto the counter and turned around to continue their conversation.
