I don’t know why the negative reviews. I am from out of town. My drink was made from the way I wanted. And the person helping me was nice. Friendly, I probably would not go that far, but I do not expect my barista to become my buddy.

The worker was very rude when there was a pause in the ordering. No receipt on orders. Not correct order, very dissapointed.
Worst Starbucks ever!! Drinks are subpar, train your staff at other Starbucks that make drinks correctly! The drinks are loaded with ice, even when you say light ice! Staff sucks with their gen z attitudes! The line is always long even though they rush making incorrect drinks!
Good coffees and excellent service.
