Stopped in for my birthday drink, hadn’t been to this location before but they were still the nicest Starbucks staff I’ve met :) specifically, Glenn helped make my day special. Thanks!
Friendly staff
Starbucks has been my preference for consistent, intense flavor drip coffee. No more. The use of automatic machines produces watered down, flavorless coffee. The service was great.
It is unacceptable to have to wait close to a minute for the barista to finish what they're doing on their phone before they look up and ask me what I'd like. If it was important, any acknowledgement would have been nice. It felt very disrespectful.
this review is for Glenn I wanted to thank you again for your amazing customer service for the IDD community. You were patient and kind and it was greatly appreciated. Not everyone is able to be so on top and speaks volumes of who you are as a employee and person.
