They hired new people or got new people at this location and it’s been hell From order being wrong to nasty attitudes I use to come and they were always nice even knew my name now I’m greeted with we just got your ticket I hate these ducking cups I say thank you no response this at 5 am I could imagine how she is after a few hours in I had my child apply and we gone pass on the job she will not work with rude nasty people BRING THE OLD TEAM BACK 🥹
This location was closed at 10 am on a Wednesday. There was no sign or anything just lines of cars who kept pulling up and leaving because no one was answering at the drive through.
DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. They have a an order window - but no place to sit inside. I watched another person have the same issue, trying to go inside the non-existent cafe. And the order pick up window is next to a sewer vent with a very unpleasant smell. Did not plan this Starbucks very well at all.
This location is so cute! The drive thru person was very polite and just seemed happy to be there 🙂 There were three variations of hot coffee on tap.
One of the slowest Starbucks out there.
