The location was severely understaffed, and my order was made incorrectly. I was also overcharged, and despite waiting for over 10 minutes, no one came to assist us. The lack of service and attention was very disappointing.
Listen i’m never the type to put a one star but i came in here today at 8:38 order my coffee and waited at 8:46 i asked when my coffee was going to be ready because almost 10 min of waiting and just got the response in a second yeah that second never came had to end up leaving at 8:54 or else i would have been late to work customers who were after me got there drinks before me but i couldn’t even get a simple medium drink like come on worst part when paying i gave a two dollar tip and for what it to stand there and look like... read more
I visited the Starbucks at the Tanger Outlets today so that my mom could get her birthday drink. My mom (82) went inside and proceeded to tell them it was her birthday and asked for a drink. They asked her if she had the app but she said no. They said she needed the app (knowing that the app takes a few months to sign you up for your birthday gift and they didn't tell her it would take that long.)
