I have given this Starbucks many chances but my final straw was in the drive through when I overheard an employee openly mocking customers. She was talking to another staff member about how annoying people are, making fun of how long they take, and continuing on while I sat there able to hear everything. The location was severely understaffed, and my order was made incorrectly. I was also overcharged, and despite waiting for over 10 minutes, no one came to assist us. The lack of service and attention was very disappointing.
