It's Starbucks... nice and as expected
Bag so wet and soggy and broken in half. Drinks melted out, hot and cold together, bagel ruined, no customer service to help. They dont have a manger right now and Jay the Shift Lead, when asked to remake it, told me to go to kick rocks, interrupted me a hundred times with a standard Amazon customer service response over and over. Then condescendingly and creepily called me "Love". Gross.
I accidentally missed the call box so me behind four cars with a baby so frantically I called the staff into the store and asked if they could take my order if they said they don't know what to do and i could go to the window and they could take it there. So I waited, then I asked to order at the box two employees look at each other confused and said I have to make it around and order at the box.
