Took a bit to get acknowledged by the two baristas bustling about, who finally told us it'd be a while because there were 10 mobile orders ahead of us. How are mobile orders priority over people standing right in front of you? There was literally no one else there and we were told it'd be a 15 minute wait, how ridiculous... Went to get a drink just after 3 pm on a Friday and they were closed! What Starbucks closes before school gets out???
The people there need to work in their customer service and not cut somebody off when you are explaining what you want. If the people working their dont wanna be there then go home and learn how to fill the cup to the top and not fill it up with whip topping. May 2 They are supposed to close at 7:00, got there at 5:45 lights were out and sign thats says they are closed. Why is this place still open. They close early.
