The people there need to work in their customer service and not cut somebody off when you are explaining what you want. If the people working their dont wanna be there then go home and learn how to fill the cup to the top and not fill it up with whip topping. Updated 12/2025 It looks like they've addressed issues with the machine breaking, Starbucks did away with the extra charge for alternative milk, and I have been served a fair portion when ordering. Protein latte was not even liquid. No liquid, just stiff foam that could only he eaten with a spoon IF edible. I tried to just add some of the foam to a home-brewed cup of coffee, but it looked curdled. Tried to go through chat to handle it, but never connected to an agent.
I love coming here but today me and my coworker had an issue with Donyae she was super short and super rude with both of us I’ve haven’t had a bad experience until today all of the other workers are typically very nice and welcoming she was absolutely the opposite. Someone needs to have a conversation with her please.
