Friendly staff and fast service. Have been visiting this Starbucks several times now and it has been consistent. Not sure about the other negative reviews but its been a great experience getting my coffee at this location.
The people there need to work in their customer service and not cut somebody off when you are explaining what you want. If the people working their dont wanna be there then go home and learn how to fill the cup to the top and not fill it up with whip topping. Updated 12/2025 It looks like they've addressed issues with the machine breaking, Starbucks did away with the extra charge for alternative milk, and I have been served a fair portion when ordering. Sometimes they're a little slow, but overall, it's a good experience now and greatly improved from when I initially made my review. ------------------------------------------------------ First off, their machine is broken extremely frequently, so you can't even get served. Protein latte was not even liquid. No liquid, just stiff foam that could only he eaten with a spoon IF edible. I tried to just add some of the foam to a home-brewed cup of coffee, but it looked curdled. Tried to go through chat to handle it, but never connected to an agent.
