The customer service here is wonderful! You guys make my day by just being normal. THANK YOU For a busy mom and wife it’s nice to not have to battle emotional problems with people who I just need coffee from. Love you guys! Keep up the good work! It’s near 8pm Friday night, store close at 10pm. Took a few minutes for the cashier to take my order. Grande Iced Shaken Espresso Easy Ice please. It was ready in about 5 minutes, through the plastic cup I realized it is not Easy Ice, I went into my truck, washed my hands with a jug of water I usually keep in the truck. I've noticed that the quality of the drinks here have been droping and the drinks I usually get taste bland or over caffeinated
Went in and ordered mind you it was slow and the clueless girl asked if I'm waiting for something and i said yeah my order that they forgot...
