I don’t usually leave reviews but the service I received at the Starbucks on Madison Street by 24 hour fitness made me feel warm inside! It was a team member named Gabriel. I get embarrassed driving my old crappy car (I know it may sound dumb) but his face lit up when he smiled and talked and it just made me feel good. Thanks Gabriel!
Super friendly! Good coffee too ☕
Customer service was good but waited 15 mins in the drive through for a Cup full of ice and a little matcha. Easy way to waste $8
I ask the employee to use the restroom she say ohhh you want to buy something I said no ! And she's say im sorry its only for customer!!wthhh! Im always there but this time I don't want a coffee ! Not a professional customer service 0 star
What more can I say....it's Starbucks and they always do it right.
