First time here we love it visiting from Las Vegas NV.
2 lady’s working at afternoon time gave me extreme attitude for no reason. I ordered a horchata frappe they put no cinnamon on top, I politely asked if they could add some because obviously that’s how the drink is supposed to be. After the lady put an extreme amount on top like half the bottle and handed to me in a bad way. Overall the lady’s who work here usually are super disrespectful towards their customers and I’ve had way more experiences with the same issues.
Usually, every Starbucks I go to they have a warm welcoming however, the girl taking the payment I believe her name is Amy needs a little bit more training and customer service There was no hello. Good morning or have a great day. See you tomorrow. No smile on her face more like she didn’t wanna be there.
