191550SUN2025, Drive-thru Order 6 scoops of matcha, looked like 4 scoops, regular venti. Went inside to ask if that was 6 scoops, The cashier said yes. She offered 2 extra scoops, thinking she would remake it. Naaa, she gave me the ingredients to mix it my self lmao. Love the customer service 👌 sarcasm.
I love Starbucks but today (1/4/2025) my experience was horrible! As stated on Google, this store closes at 10pm and I pulled up at about 7:45 to the very EMPTY Starbucks to order a large order but the doors were locked. I attempted to call the store and ask if I could order it through the drive thru since they weren’t letting anyone inside the cafe and I was already there. Luciano was rude and made disrespectful unnecessary comments to my self and my teenage daughter, I try to avoid this Starbucks due to the employees always being so unhappy I will not be going back
I like Starbucks because it's my favorite drink place. It is not expensive it's okay
