My mom unfortunately forgot to ask for half & half , so I apologetically asked for some at the window (I know it’s an inconvenience & I never do this so I apologized) drive through lady was snappy & rude & gave me instructions on how to order it at the speaker next time. This is my local Starbucks so it’s a shame the customer service is declining. 7/21 @ 8:50 am
Came thru the drive thru on July 3rd in the evening sometime after 6pm. When placing the order it didn't appear on the screen and when I asked if she had gotten the order her response was " Yes, I said ok for some reason it's not showing on the screen like the previous drink. Her response was. " That's because I'm multi tasking" her attitude was very unnecessary. I asked to plz cancel my order she said ok with her snappy attitude.
