I love this Starbucks and all of the employees are extremely friendly here top launch Reese’s make the best iced shaken espresso I’ve ever had just be warned that it is located near a high school so in the mornings, it is filled with high school kids and finding a seat is sometimes a challenge one thing that is very nice about the Starbucks is as long as you are a customer You are invited to use their restrooms without there being any kind of code required to enter, which is very unusual and greatly appreciated. Great great atmosphere! Great great people!
I have consistently had bad experiences at this Starbucks. This most recent one took the cake. I ordered a drink and was asked if I wanted to use stars, I said sure for the drink and they were taken out for an ornament that costs $9. 400 stars. She called her manager to undo it then went to make my coffee. She made it completely wrong despite me repeatedly saying how I wanted it made. Then hands it to me and I tell her it was not made correctly and she insists she followed what I asked. I LITERALLY watched her make my drink ... read more
