So many bad reviews but they always make my drinks good here and always remake it if something is wrong! I order here almost everyday and have my husband pick up for me! The staff has always been very nice and helpful
Perfect place to come grab a cup of delicious coffee and to unwind
It never fails to fail .. I did an online order just because they are always slow as can be have them 15 minutes and still wasn't ready.. waited inside for another 15 just to get my order ... They don't care about the customers in lobby .. only drive thru quota matters here .. sad to see the local Starbucks struggling to keep customers happy
My mom unfortunately forgot to ask for half & half , so I apologetically asked for some at the window (I know it’s an inconvenience & I never do this so I apologized) drive through lady was snappy & rude & gave me instructions on how to order it at the speaker next time. This is my local Starbucks so it’s a shame the customer service is declining. 7/21 @ 8:50 am
