Great place to catch up with friends over a Frapp.
Ordered blueberry muffin and requested it NOT warmed up. I received it warm... I was told because they were frozen and not ready for sale that is how I'm being served the muffin. Twice now this has happened, I am supposed to accept that you are not prepared to sell an item on your menu?
