Iced caramel macchiato and refresher drinks
Every morning I've utilized the drive-thru at this location 7 days a week for years. In recent weeks, the service has been appalling: 25+ minutes in the line for service, watered down drinks, melted Frappuccino's, wrong orders, community blenders full of Frappuccino's that they charge me for "add shots" that you can't taste, but most shocking is the attitude of the staff (Did this franchise change owners?)!!!!
