Cold air blows from vents in winter. Makes no sense. People want hot coffee and a warm atmosphere when it’s snowing. Set thermostat at 71-73. When the door opens all day long and the drive thru window has to stay open, you have to run the heater to keep customers happy.
Rude and unprofessional staff
tell me why the hell there was literal change in the bottom of my sandwich bag?!?! no one wants dirty coins on their food. i just wanna know how it ended up in there & then a sandwich put on top of it. thats actually disgusting. we didnt even pay with cash so im not sure why we got change back at all. let alone IN our food. also, last week i ordered a coffee with cold foam. I didnt get cold foam but i got a pup cup?? what the hell?! i didnt know what to say so i delt with it but i think we are done with this location.
