My friend and I went in today and the girl who always wears pigtails was very rude. She said, “Here is your drinks,” and was about to turn around before my friend said “Oh we’re waiting for our cake-pops still!” She said back in a snotty tone, “Yea is that was she is doing right now?” pointing to the other girl in the store and my friend replied “Yea” and she walked away after replying yea snotty again. My friend then complimented her and the lady ignored her.
I got there early in the morning around 8ish am. I went through the drive way. It wasn't busy. I only needed to pick up an order. When I got to the drive thru, I was told to go inside the next time. If it was busy then I can see why, but it wasn't. I was the first car there. It was my first time coming to this location and won't being coming back. My friends and coworkers said they never had any issues when picking up their orders from the drive thru. Do you just pick and choose? I wasn't rude but I did apologize. 🫵
