This location has the most amazing staff. Always friendly, drinks made well, and they thank you for your business. I especially want to give a shout out to Donna, Todd, Lynnea and Jacob for always brightening my day.
Watched the lady making food lick her hands several times when grabbing different items. Called her out on it, she called me a liar. I called management from my phone and they hung up on me. So I also called corporate.
First time ive been in this store since the remodel. No bathrooms and a huge progressive gay flag hanging on the wall. Im gay. I dont need to see this crap in store as if we need to be pamperd. Remove it. You're a coffee store. Stick with making coffee.
I am not a normal customer. I walked in to order something and there are no menus to look at. I was told to go look online to see what to order. What a pain that was. So if you do not know what you want already definitely do not come here. They couldn't even offer a paper menu. Now the drink was made well and the staff was friendly outside of not being able to help a new customer. Will not be coming back to this location u less they post a menu.
