Place was packed so we have it a try. Meh, I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
I picked up my mobile order around 10 am today (Saturday). While I had to wait longer than expected after factoring in the longer wait suggested on the app, the staff working this morning was absolutely AMAZING and deserve to be praised. They were moving quickly and very clearly overworked (at one point an employee said there were 45 drinks pending). All was done with a smile and positive attitude. Every single time I have gone to this Starbucks (which isn’t frequently) they always mess up my drink or give me a drink that isn’t blended or stirred correctly. This time I came to get a drink I asked for a grande iced blonde latte with oatmilk, they gave me a hot drink so I told them kindly I ordered it iced, they made me a new one but it wasn’t what I asked for.
