Bad customer service, I paid for extra caramel and when I asked they looked at me angry
The service is very slow! Understaffed on a Saturday oof!! People actually left.

The workers are the best! Especially Kaylee, Anna, and Julia, they are always so nice! They made my drink extra delicious and yummy 😋.
I have been to this Starbucks in the Safeway in Annapolis quite a few times. Each time was worst than the last. I do not mind tolerating attitudes, but I do have a problem when my order is not made correctly nor am I given the correct proportions. I had ordered a grande white mocha, and by the time I got home, my coffee was a bit cold. I take the lid off of my coffee to heat it up in the microwave, and I find that the grande I had ordered was clearly not filled up.
