I tried with this location for the second time . First time my order was wrong via drive thru . Second time I experienced the WORST customer service with the young lady at the front taking my order I believe she had glasses, horrible attitude and kept moving her hand as I spoke as if to rush me to order. There was nobody behind me . I asked for light ice in my drink and received an “iced” matcha latte with NO ice. The sticker on my cup even said light ice. Baristas were polite though. Bad customer service, I paid for extra caramel and when I asked they looked at me angry
The service is very slow! Understaffed on a Saturday oof!! People actually left.

The workers are the best! Especially Kaylee, Anna, and Julia, they are always so nice! They made my drink extra delicious and yummy 😋.
