Staff make a difference! I will stop in again, I live and hour south and needed an afternoon coffee perk up, the coffee was great but the staff were even better, you should stop in! It’s a nice place to sit and relax and quality service!
I am so surprised at how consistently peppy the atmosphere is at this Starbucks. I can tell that without a doubt the staff concentrates on being upbeat, positive, and happy under duress. It is notable, and it really deserves a high five! Please keep up the positive energy.
In response to Jess, there is absolutely no way Colleen would ever treat a soul that way. I have been a regular customer at this location for almost 2 years now. Colleen has always greeted me and other customers with her great sense of humor and a personal connection. May I also note that she is the last person who would discriminate against any other ethnicity.
