I come here often on coffee runs for my shop across the way. The staff are always friendly and engaged, and look genuinely pleased with their work. It’s a lovely piece of consistency in a chaotic day. They’re always ready with an expert suggestion!
When ordering at the drive thru, I was ordering more than two ice waters and the lady cut me off and her customer service was unacceptable. The staff here are usually very nice and welcoming, was disappointed
Super friendly staff
we just went through the drive through and thought they were still open but they weren’t. (all the workers had their headsets on) from being a partner a few years ago i do know as soon as you put up to the speaker in the drive through they will know you’re there and can hear everything. we were saying hello and asking if they were open and no response. rude. we even ended up pulling up to the window and sat there for 5 minutes because we just wanted them to at least have the decency to tell us they are closed. but instead th... read more
