Not sure hos many times I gotta say it folks. FOR A $8 DRINK, HOW ABOUT A LID THAT DOESN'T POP OFF AT THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH? You've already cost me hundreds in cleaning fees.
I come here often on coffee runs for my shop across the way. The staff are always friendly and engaged, and look genuinely pleased with their work. It’s a lovely piece of consistency in a chaotic day. They’re always ready with an expert suggestion!
When ordering at the drive thru, I was ordering more than two ice waters and the lady cut me off and her customer service was unacceptable. The staff here are usually very nice and welcoming, was disappointed
